Eligibility Criteria

A Master’s Degree in a relevant subject, BE/B.Tech, or a 2-year PG Diploma in Management, MBBS, LLB, CA, or any Professional Degree obtained after at least four years of study post-10+2.

Preferred Qualifications: M.Phil, Ph.D., additional credentials, research background, published papers, and post-qualification experience in the pertinent field.

Candidates with private sector experience should have engaged with any Government department, agency, or public sector undertaking. Contractual work with the Government or public undertakings will also be considered relevant experience.

Interpersonal Skills: Essential proficiency in strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Building and sustaining effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders is crucial.

Analytical Skills: Competency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to evaluate the efficacy of capacity-building programs and implement necessary enhancements.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of pertinent experience in project management, coordination, or capacity-building activities. Previous involvement in a non-profit or similar organisation is highly advantageous.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years.
Remuneration
The remuneration range (Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 1,45,000).
