1. What happens if I fail my IGNOU exam?

Ans: If a student fails to obtain the minimum pass marks/grade in the IGNOU exam, they can appear in the next term-end examination held in another six months or later, until the validity of the maximum duration of their program.

2. What is the minimum passing marks in IGNOU?

Ans: To pass IGNOU assignments and examinations, candidates must obtain a minimum of 40 marks out of a total of 100 marks. This passing requirement remains the same for all academic courses offered by IGNOU.

3. Does IGNOU offer LLB through distance education?

Ans: No, IGNOU does not offer LLB through distance education. To pursue LLB, candidates must pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and gain admission to any other college or university offering LLB programs. At present, LLB distance education is not valid in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) still does not recognize the LLB degree through ODL mode
